Back on those Shropshire hills...
Nice 2 hour ride with James Penny today on his Norbury Junction loop. Managed to offend a wooden faced old dear at a cafe and not to break my back again. The old dear may have poisoned my egg and beans as I had terrible heartburn for the next 4 hours or so. Not too fast, but great to be back on the bike for a good practice spin.

Well done you big jessie, good to have you back in saddle, next time we'll avoid the fried eggs, probably didn't help with the additives the chef threw in after your remarks on silver service!!!!
